Delivery of Goods

We aim to despatch your item by the next day. Delivery times range from next day to a week, depending on the delivery option chosen. If ou select the next day delivery option then we need your order before 3 p.m.

All items are packaged to ensure no damage is caused. If you find that an item is damaged in transit then please advise us straight away so that we can arrange for a refund and return of your items. 

We accept returns of any defective goods that are delivered faulty. We, however do not compensate for goods that are damaged by the customer. 

Please ensure that some one is available at the delivery address to accept your order.
